Running a webservice as a solo project has already taught me a few things this week. First of all, updates come at a more natural pace. Things occur when they do, and there’s nobody around to pick up any slack. That’s okay. First of all, I am adopting a 2-week sprint cadence, except the first one is only one week, due to reasons. Second, and more importantly, I am adopting a public roadmap.
It is hosted on GitHub. Anyone can see it see where we are going.
I am sure I will regret that one day, but here we are!
